Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head / Centre Manager to lead and manage a Healthcare Academy offering vocational programs such as DMLT, Critical Care, and allied healthcare courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the center, including marketing, operations, academic coordination, and team management.

 

Key Responsibilities:


1. Centre Operations & Management

Oversee day-to-day operations of the academy ensuring smooth functioning
Maintain high standards of academic delivery and student satisfaction
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and healthcare education guidelines
 

2. Marketing & Admissions

Plan and execute local marketing strategies to increase student enrollments
Build partnerships with schools, hospitals, and local communities
Drive admission targets and ensure consistent growth in student intake
 

3. Academic Coordination

Coordinate with faculty for scheduling, course delivery, and assessments
Monitor training quality for programs like Laboratory Technician, Critical Care, etc.
Ensure proper infrastructure, lab setup, and learning resources
 

4. Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage faculty and administrative staff
Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture
Conduct regular performance reviews and staff development initiatives
 

5. Financial & Business Management

Manage center budgets, expenses, and revenue targets
Optimize operational efficiency and profitability
Prepare reports on performance, admissions, and growth metrics
